Upon visiting the Menie Estate in Aberdeenshire to peruse his golf course ambitions , he bad-mouthed poor Michael Forbes , a local resident , by saying that Mr Forbes's humble abode was a complete pigsty and that he lived in an absolute mess. The billionaire has offered Mr Forbes nearly half a million to buy his property outright , therefore , throwing money around like confetti just to get his own way. Other people have rallied round , to buy small pieces of land from Michael Forbes , to slow down procedures. Good for them I say.
