Can i use a anti mould paint additive in paint that goes on top of anti condensation paint?

I have a few patches of mould from condensation in my bedroom. I am going to use International Anti Condensation paint. Can i then use some anti mould paint additive in the paint that goes on top of the Anti Condensation Paint?
